Chatham-Kent Crime Stoppers Names Title Sponsors for Annual Golf Tournament

Chatham-Kent Crime Stoppers is pleased to announce that the Third Annual Crime Stoppers Golf Tournament has secured three official title sponsors, thanks to the generous support of Lally Chevrolet Sales & Service, AVLIS Jewelry, and Thames Communication. This major sponsorship has helped to secure the success of the annual golf tournament.

The highly anticipated event will take place on Saturday, June 20, 2026, at the Maple City Country Club, bringing together community members, local businesses, law enforcement partners, and supporters for a day of connection and fun. Team registration for the tournament is now open, including a special early bird incentive available throughout January during Crime Stoppers Awareness Month.

“This is a significant milestone for our tournament and our organization,” said Erica McIntosh, Program Coordinator for Chatham-Kent Crime Stoppers. “It is wonderful to have three local businesses step up as our title sponsors. The commitment by Lally Chevrolet Sales & Service, AVLIS Jewelry, and Thames Communication demonstrates a strong dedication to helping prevent and reduce crime across all of Chatham-Kent.”

Now entering its third year, the tournament plays a critical role in supporting Chatham-Kent Crime Stoppers’ mission to stop, solve, and prevent crime throughout the region. Funds raised directly support the organization’s ability to provide a safe, secure, and anonymous platform for citizens to report information about criminal activity, while also helping fund educational event, outreach activities, and crime prevention initiatives.

“Supporting the Chatham-Kent Crime Stoppers Golf Tournament was an easy decision for us. As a local jewelry business, we rely on a safe, connected, and caring community, and Crime Stoppers plays a vital role in protecting that,” said Silva Yadav, Co-owner of AVLIS Jewelry. “Becoming a title sponsor allows us to give back in a meaningful way and help ensure Chatham-Kent remains a place where families, businesses, and neighbours can thrive.”

Sponsorship interest for the 2026 tournament has been strong, with additional support already confirmed from a growing number of local businesses and organizations, a list which is available on the CK Crime Stoppers website. These contributions help ensure the event’s success while reinforcing a shared commitment to community safety and collaboration.

Participants can look forward to a full day of activities designed to appeal to golfers of all experience levels. Tournament highlights include:

  • 18 holes of golf at the scenic Maple City Country Club

  • On-course contests and interactive activities

  • Prizes and giveaways

  • A delicious meal for all participants

Whether you are a seasoned golfer or simply looking to enjoy a great day on the course for a meaningful cause, the tournament offers something for everyone.
